DRIVER
BENEFITS
After 3 months
of full time employment each employee is eligible for the following
benefits:

Health Insurance: We offer Health Insurance.
Reed Trucking pays 85% of the employee portion.

Life
Insurance: Reed Trucking pays your premium for $30,000 (with
double accidental death benefits) of life insurance.

AFLAC
Insurance: Reed Trucking offers a wide variety of AFLAC
Insurance policies all of which are tax deferred premiums.
After one
year of full time employment you are eligible for the following
benefits:

401K
Pension Plan: Based on years of service the Company will put
money into your pension. 1 to 3 years the Company will match
$.50 on every dollar you put in up to 5% of your gross salary.
4 to 6 years the Company will match $.70
7 to 9 years the Company will match $.80
10 to 12 years the Company will match $.90
after 12 years of service the company match is $1.00 for every $1.00
the employee puts in up to 5% of gross income.

Vacation: After 1 year of full time employment you are
entitled to 1 week paid vacation.
After 2 years of full time employment 2 weeks.
After 5 years of full time employment 3 weeks.
Vacation pay is based on your income from the previous calendar year.

Holidays: 6 days @ $75.00 each (New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

Safety Bonus:
Reed Trucking is one of the few trucking companies that offers
quarterly safety bonus. This is a possible $325.00 bonus waiting for
you at the end of each quarter of full time safe driving. In addition
to the 4 quarterly bonuses our drivers receive, those who have
qualified all year will receive an additional $325.00 at the end of
the year. This means it is possible to receive $1625.00 annually in
our safety program. We paid out over $24,000 in bonuses last year.
